Information we collect

This website is informational. It does not have forms or accounts and does not ask you to enter personal information. Our web host may automatically record basic technical information, such as your browser type and the pages visited, to keep the site running.

For appointment reminder texts, we use the mobile phone number you give our office, your first name, and your appointment date and time.

How we use your mobile number

We use your mobile number only to send messages about your care with our office, such as appointment reminders, and to respond to your replies. Message frequency and opt-out instructions are explained in our Text Message Terms.

Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or text messaging opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that deliver messages on our behalf (such as our text messaging provider and wireless carriers), and only as needed to send the messages you agreed to receive, or when required by law.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold. Our reminder messages contain only your first name, appointment date and time, and our office phone number. They do not include diagnoses or other medical details.

Children

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them online.
